Korey Beasley, a beloved son, brother, and grandson, was born in Atlanta, GA, USA on June 12, 2010, and passed away on March 31, 2023. He is survived by his grandmother, Lalena Brinson; sister, Jahlyia Brown; and mother, Kourtnae Beasley. Grandparents, Darryl and Adriane Avant.  Korey was predeceased by his uncle, Nathaniel Beasley, great grandfather, Arthur Brinson, and great grandmother, Marjorie James.

He attended Tucker Middle School, Idlewood Road, Tucker, GA,  at the time of his passing, with a bright future ahead of him. Korey had a passion for gaming, basketball, soccer, reading, and writing. He was known for his bubbly, warm, energetic, sweet, inquisitive, intelligent, loving, full of life, goofy, and always smiling personality.

A memorial service for Korey will be held on April 13, 2023, at 6:30 PM at Tucker Middle School. A celebration of life for Korey will be held on Friday April 14, 2023, at 6:00 PM at 921 Hickory Fork Dr. A funeral service for Korey will be held on April 15, 2023, at 1:00 PM at 5202 S 86th St. A reception for Korey will be held on April 15, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Emanuel P. Johnson Recreation Center.
