Kirk's obituary
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Kirk Stickfort, a notably energetic and loving figure in the lives of many. Born on February 23, 1962, Kirk left a substantial mark on the world before his untimely departure on June 26, 2025.
Kirk's personality was as much a kaleidoscope of cheerful colors as the man himself. Ever bubbly and goofy, he had an infectious energy that drew others to him. His large heart and silly demeanor became his trademark, infusing joy into the lives of those he met. Above all, however, Kirk was a loving individual who prioritized the happiness and wellbeing of his loved ones.
He leaves behind a proud legacy of his two sons, Jack Stickfort and Gary Stickfort, who have each grown their families, and are a testament to Kirk's commitment to family. The lessons Kirk shared with those around him - mainly the importance of integrity and honesty - have shaped the men Jack and Gary have become and will continue to influence many others for years to come.
Over the years, Kirk achieved incredible success as a salesperson with Ikon and Cannon. He was known for his spirit and unyielding dedication. Yet, Kirk always held that his greatest achievement was having raised two beautiful and intelligent children. In these accomplishments, we see the epitome of Kirk's philosophy: a life lived with love, and laughter.
He will be remembered as a man with a beautifully moving singing voice and a caring soul. His departure is a loss to the many lives he touched, and he will be missed more than we can ever express. Kirk Stickfort's legacy will endure in the memories of his friends, family, and everyone whose lives he brightened with his unique spark.
He is survived by his sister (Sheryl), his two sons (Jack, Gary), and four grandchildren.
