Special Video Tribute played at the memorial service
The memorial service and all the wonderful photos and stories of Uncle today showed a man well loved and respected. He is an example of how we all should live: with kindness and curiosity, being present and appreciative of the time we spend with each other, and filling our hearts and souls with laughter and love. Thank you for making an impact in our lives! I will miss your big smile and hearty laugh!
Uncle was a very kind, loving, and generous man.  He was the only uncle that I saw regularly when I was growing up and I would always remember his smiles, positive energy, and fun conversations.  He was the kind of guy that saw the cup half full and he loved pursuing adventures and his dreams.  I will miss you Uncle!!

Even at 55+ years old, my daddy rode on the scary ride in Disneyland!! He was so fun and we had so many wonderful family trips like this!
I may not have met Dr. Kin Chung Wong, but in reading about him, I can see the reflection of him in Xiao and he must have been really amazing.

My deepest condolences to the Wong family, please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. ❤️

Found this photo in my scrapbook — with Xiaozhu Wong

Daddy told me that he was a naughty boy when he was young. He said that whenever his dad stepped away from home for something, daddy would immediately go play and climb trees and get all dirty, instead of studying. His dad was very strict with him regarding his studies because his dad was the first educated man in the whole village and he had high expectations for my daddy. So whenever his dad found out that he was playing instead of studying, he would get spanked and hit!

As a result, daddy said that he wouldn't want to hit his children. At least for me, I don't ever remember him yelling or raising his voice at me. He had never laid a finger to hit me ever! He never spanked me. He never hurt me with a stick or any object. Daddy was a very gentle, serving, and humble daddy. He always spoke gently, always listened, and always smiled while talking to us. He taught me many things in a way that made me want to listen to him.  I don't even remember him getting angry at me unless I did something that really worried him (like coming home late past curfew in high school) but that would totally be my fault! :)

P.S. surprisingly, my dad ended up loving to study study as he grew older and always wanted to learn more.

I think we took this photo after Selah got a haircut at Puo Puo’s salon. Is that an angel over Gong Gong’s left shoulder?
