Kimberly's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kimberly “Kimi” Ewing, a devoted wife, mother, and cherished nana, who left this world on December 23, 2024.

Kimi was born in South Carolina and later moved to Canton, Ohio, where she enjoyed a life filled with love and joy alongside her husband of many years, Raymond Ewing. If you were present in the room with them, you could feel the undeniable connection that they had. It was a true love.

Kimi’s love for her family was unparalleled, and she often expressed this through the time she spent with them, the care she provided, and the joy she found in life’s simple pleasures. She was more than just a mother; she was everyone’s biggest cheerleader. Her role as a mother of three sons: Michael, Christian (Kali), and Preston Brienza, and a beloved stepmother to Justin (Shannon) and Breanne (Jesse, Felicia) was her greatest pride. With her nurturing spirit, she created a home filled with her contagious laughter and warmth that welcomed family and friends.

A loving daughter, Kimi is survived by her father, Daniel Bosch, along with her adored siblings: Daniel, Jeanette (Douglas), Brad (Julie), cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins, each of whom will carry her memory in their hearts.

Kimi is preceded in death by her mother, Audrey Bosch and her brother, Wayne Bosch, both of which met her with open arms.

Kimi’s greatest joy came when she became a nana. She had an extraordinary gift for making precious moments with her grandchildren, tracking milestones, and supporting their dreams. She was always present, lending a listening ear, and providing encouragement. She always ensured her family felt an unconditional love that will forever resonate in the lives of all those who knew her.

Kimi will be deeply missed by everyone she touched, but her spirit will live on through the countless lives she inspired and the legacy of love she created. A celebration of Kimi’s remarkable life will be held at Hummel Funeral Home in Copley, Ohio on Sunday January 5th 11am-2pm.

Rest in peace, Kimberly Ewing, you will forever be missed. We love you to the moon & back.
