kim Wilson, 48, of Athens, Georgia, passed on July 07, 2022. kim was born on January 08, 1975. She has gone to be with the Lord. Kim was the daughter of Raymond Dean and the late Natalie Dean. She is survived by her husband, Gerald Wilson Sr. ; Two sons, Lamar Wright Jr. and Lennard Wright ; Step Son, Gerald Wilson Jr. ; Two Step Daughters, Tre Cassidy and Gianna Wilson.

Kim took great joy in spending time with family and friends and playing with her dogs Rocky and Kaine.  She enjoyed reading, cross-stitching, and playing board games, and cherished nighttime Bible readings with Gerald. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and coworkers.

A celebration of Kim's life will be held on Thursday, July 14th at Mount Zion Baptist Church, where Kim was a member.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, with the service following at 2:00 PM.  After the service, a comfort meal will be provided by the church for out of town visitors and family.
