Background

The West Suburban Special Recreation Foundation is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation formed by parents of children with disabilities who are in West Suburban Special Recreation Association programs. The foundation is dedicated to raising funds so that the quality of WSSRA programs can be maintained and additional activities provided. Kim volunteered and worked for WSSRA while living in Oak Park.
