Kianna Elise Ruble, 31 of Montgomery County, MD passed away unexpectedly on January 24th, 2021, as a direct result of her ongoing struggle with the disease of addiction. This in no way defines who she was as a person. She was a loving, warm hearted, vivacious young woman, with a smile and personality that lit up a room.
