Losing my child is hardest thing I have ever had to go through, all of my previous “bad days” were NOTHING compared to this. All I can do is thank God for all of the precious time and moments we had together. I am forever grateful that God blessed me with such sweet, respectful, and loving sons. They are the joy of my life and I am thankful that God allowed me the opportunity to be their mother, and to know that they love the Lord. Khai, my sweet love, I love you for life and beyond.

Just looking through these comments and photos of Khai with family and friends is very emotional. I remember when he was just an infant and his mom was in town (Detroit) with them. His mom was doing something at the church and she asked me to hold him. I had to really hold him because he was so busy looking around to try and see what was going on around him.
Several years later (when he was a teenager), I spent 30 days visiting his grandmother. I really got to spend time with the boys. I learned their personalities, their interests and their funny side. Khai and I had several conversations. He was a mini mogul in the making. He and his brother were always respectful little gentlemen. Terri and Shabba you both are to be commended because your boys are awesome. Khai will now be an angel watching over everyone.
I love the family and you will continue to be in my heart and my prayers❤️

I was a previous teacher of Khai. He always has a smile on his face every time I saw him. He is such a light and positive energy. Khai is a ball of energy always willing to make friends with any student and brighten their day. This school year he came and visited me occasionally. He always brightened my day. He took the time to engage with my current students and gave them a joke of the day. I will forever remember him and help keep his memory alive. I am so grateful to have met him and had a small role in his life.

Me and Khai had like a how would I put this,🤔 sort of like a Tom and Jerry relationship. There would be days where we would always argue about things but the main thing we argued about is football😂. I'm not going to lie there would be times he would embarrass me in football and there would be times where i got him back. I may not know him as much as the others do but i do know that he hated Spanish class, I had him for 5th Period which was Spanish. Our Spanish teacher is Columbian and she would say his name wrong every time instead of saying khai she calls him kyle which got on his nerves all the time. Khai was a true definition of what a friend is. There is something I'm trying to do though, so I run track and I'm thinking of customizing my gear with khai on it but will just see how it goes. I will miss Khai a lot ❤❤. If I'm able to customize my gear with khai on it I'll send some images to the councilor to send y'all .
To the family members stay strong and keep your heads up❤❤❤
