Kevin's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kevin Tenney on April 24, 2023. Born on February 17, 1966, Kevin lived a life full of love, laughter, and hard work. He is survived by his wife Laura, father Donald Tenney, sister Christine Bolinas; sister-in-law  Karen, and brother-in-laws James, Bill, and Greg who will forever cherish the memories shared together.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Kevin's life will be held on June 24, 2023 at 11:00AM at Calvary Church, 18900 E Hampden Ave. Friends and loved ones are invited to come and share their memories of Kevin, whose outgoing and fun-loving personality touched the lives of many.

Kevin was a dedicated husband, sharing 28 wonderful years with his beloved wife, Laura. Through thick and thin, their unwavering love and support for each other inspired those who knew them. Kevin's work ethic was evident in his career with RTD, where he became one of their top diesel engine builders since joining the company in 1997.

His passion for good music was well-known, and he leaves behind an impressive collection of albums that will serve as a testament to his appreciation for the art. Although Kevin and Laura did not have children, he adored his nieces (Amber, Melanie, and Keira) and nephew (Dalton) as if they were his own, creating a lasting bond and memories that will live on in their hearts.

As we say our final goodbyes to Kevin Tenney, we remember the laughter, love, and hard work that defined his life. His legacy, appreciation for music, love of the outdoors and adventure, and the cherished relationships he formed with family and friends will not be forgotten. Rest in peace, Kevin.
