Kevin Rodney Parker was born May 25, 1959 in Brooklyn, New York to Robert Louis and Bernice Inell Parker. Kevin was the youngest of this union. In 1966, the family moved from Brooklyn, New York to Laurelton, New York. Kevin attended P.S. 156, and Springfield Gardens High School. Kevin was a sports lover. A passion shared with his Dad. He found comfort on the road and peacefulness by the water. Kevin loved to smile and make people laugh. Kevin was a loyal friend. He was a people person. You were never a stranger after the first encounter.
