So it’s been a year. We at Sunward Tours still feel the pain. Kevin was such a great guy. I just remembered we traded Carnival pins & patches. We tried to see who had the best collection. Kevin…we still remember and will never forget you.

Kevin and I worked together at Sunward Tours for many years. He loved to match his uniform and was always one of the best dressed Tour Guides with yellow tennis, socks, lanyard, hat and finally his number counter.

During Hurricane Irma I needed assistance to install my hurricane window covering And because he had to secure his community building, he could not help me however, he sent me his youngest daughter Briar. I stand 5feet and she was shorter than me and so tiny anyway to make a long story short we got work gloves, a ladder and we had girl power ended up sweating like crazy but we got those hurricane windows installed within an hour. It was a treasured memory. I’ve shared plenty of meals and lots of Miller lights with my friend Kevin. My condolences and prayers go out to the family.

Rest in peace my friend. I will miss you dearly.

My heart goes out to you and the whole Pare family. First my dear cousin Lynne, then Brailey, then Briar, and now Kevin. I loved hearing from Lynne, and then Kevin would text me thereafter and keep me informed of his loving family and send pictures of Vero Beach. I lost my beloved husband and know that life isn’t always fair. I pray Kevin is reunited in love with Lynne and his beloved daughters. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Wow my heart is breaking. I used to work with Briar and she was such a vibrant young woman so full of life. She and I got closer when she learned about my daughters passing and she shared with me about her sisters passing.  She old line Lexys little happy meal toys and other sentiments on the top of her cubicle. Some days she would fuss about the lunch her mom had made for her..which made me laugh and I told her I had to make my own lunch.  Kevin and I met once when he came to pick up Briar from work, as she waited in my car with me.  I reconnected with Kevin thru FB to send my thoughts and bereavement wishes when I learned of Briars passing.  I think of her often.  She lives on in my heart. I know Kevin LOVED  LOVED his family, his girls and especially his Lexy!! I was heartbroken to see thru FB his obituary...I had to double take.  I had reached out to him last week with a photo of Briar and I that had come up on my timeliness the other.day.  I let him know his baby girl was not forgotten...(she lives within my heart.)  Now I realize the reason Kevin never responded. Rest in Peace dear Fellow.  May your reunion be Grand!!
