To echo an earlier comment, I knew Kevin as Lauren's cool older brother and I always felt he was the coolest sibling of any of my childhood friends. I always hoped he would be at Lauren's house on the weekends to share his great taste in 90s t.v. shows/music and I hoped to impress him with my discussion of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He was always welcoming and had a great sense of humor. I remember him taking Lauren and I to our first rock concert and driving around a car full of hyper middle school girls during a birthday scavenger hunt. It was always clear how much he loved Lauren and enjoyed spending time with her.

This breaks my heart. Kevin and I were roommates in college, one of the best years of my life. I'll always cherish our endless movie nights, dancing our hearts out at the club every week, and midnight runs to the South Beach diner with a troop of our friends. My heart goes out to Kevin's mom and sister, whom I know he loved dearly, and to all his loved ones. I am a better person having known Kevin and I celebrate him today and for many years to come. Love and peace, Robbie.

This hurt my heart to read. Kevin had a beautiful soul and never seemed to fully realize how much joy he brought to others. He always encouraged people

Kevin and I. He’s known my family and I for a very long time. We met at P.F. Chang’s. Kevin was such an amazing person. He was a ride or die friend. He will be truly missed. Love you Kevin!
Kevin and I were good friends during middle and high school. I have very fond memories of our time together. He was a very special person. My deepest sympathies go out to his family and loved ones.

Kevin and I didn’t become close until after high school, but our adventures going out in Baltimore and DC in our 20s will always be some of the best times of my life. RIP my friend.
While I didn’t get to know Kevin well outside of being Lauren’s very cool older brother in the 90’s, your description is exactly as I remember him growing up! Kevin always seemed so proud to be Lauren’s brother and I can remember his joy in babysitting us a few times and cooking us dinner. I have so many memories watching on in awe of his Super Nintendo skills...He taught Lauren to be an unbeatable Mortal Combat and Donkey Kong player. He even borrowed my Zelda cartridge to beat all the hard parts for me and then returned it to me when it was more manageable for my eight year old self to handle. I remember exchanging home made mix cassette tapes with his carefully written out playlists and feeling very honored that he would be remotely interested in my taste in music. Kevin’s love, curiosity, and laugh stay in my memories.

In the short amount of time I got to spend with Kevin before the pandemic forced us all to distance ourselves, I knew him to be a kind individual, a loving soul, and a fun person to hang out with in just about any situation. There is so much that we wanted to do and my heart aches when faced with this immeasurable loss. Know that him and his family are in our thoughts and hearts during this difficult time, and his memory endures with us always.
Carole, I am so sorry that Kevin is no longer with you and your family. My heart hurts that you have to endure the pain. I am hoping that you and your family will one day be able to see color come back in your lives. Susie
This is Kevin’s friend Renee (Miskell) Katz. Sending my condolences to Kevin’s family. Kevin, I’ll miss you.
