Kelly passed away peacefully at his home in Ingleside, IL, on January 28, 2026. He is survived by his 3 sons, Joseph (Amy) Hoeft, Justin Hoeft, Spencer Hoeft, and two grandchildren, Conor and Lucy. His siblings Susan (Michael) North, Thomas (Lori) Hoeft, and Patrick (Melodi) Hoeft. He is preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Alice Hoeft, and 2 brothers, Daniel Hoeft and Terrance Hoeft.
