Kevin A. Khadaran Smith, age 50, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024 at the St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 16, 1973 in Trinidad to Keith Smith and Indra (Khadaran) Joseph. Kevin attended Buffalo University, the University of Maryland, and Niagara University, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science, and a master’s degree in medical management.
