Kent's obituary
It is with deep sadness to announce Kent Riblet Williams, 89, of Concord, MI, passed away on March 03, 2025.
Kent was born on April 2, 1935 in Belleville, MI, the son of Dale and Louise (Leach) Williams . He married the love of his life, Gina on March 30, 2005 and they spent 20 years together. Kent served in the United States Army. After serving the military, he worked as an aircraft mechanic. Kent gave his family the life he felt they deserved. He often mentioned that he loved his wife and incredibly proud of all his children. He tried his best to be a good father but also taught the importance of hard work and perseverance. Kent had a passion for healthy living and eagerness to experience all life had to offer. He had a good sense of humor and an interesting personality. He is survived by his children, Xyza Himm and husband Dr. Andrew Himm, Xynric Williams, Xyrel Benson and husband Geoffrey Benson, Xyruz Williams and wife Emily Williams. Six grandchildren, Skylynn, Francesca, Natalie, Alex, Michael, and Ophelia. He was preceded in death by his parents Dale and Louise Williams, his sisters and brother, Monica (Williams) Hopp, Ruel (Williams) Dart, and Dr. Dale Williams.
A memorial service mass in honor of Kent will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 1:30 PM at the Queen of the Miraculous Medal Church, 1111 Carlton Blvd., Jackson, MI 49203. Following the memorial service mass, a reception will be held at Queens Vincentian Hall with light refreshments and drinks will be served.

Kent's passing leaves a void in our lives, but his spirit, lessons, and the memories he gifted us will forever be treasured. Our beloved Kent will be deeply missed.
