Kenneth's obituary

Kenneth R Swift, of Kunkletown, died peacefully at the home of his loving nephew Tom on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. He was 71 years old.

He was the son of the late Earl Swift and Leona (Broadwater) Swift. Ken was born and raised in both southwestern and southeastern PA.

He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps.

Ken was a lifelong truck driver who encountered many and brightened up their days. Through this he also formed some enduring friendships.

Ken was an avid believer and worshipper of God.

Ken’s utmost priority was his family. He always loved to drive around and bring them donuts.

He will be greatly missed and remembered by his daughters Christine Myers and her husband Rick Myers and Karyn O’Neill and her husband Brian O’Neill; his grandchildren Corbin, Ean, Kile, Harper, Addison, and Greyson; his stepchildren and stepgranchildren; and his sister Mid Lippincott.

He was predeceased by his wife of 30 years, Lynn Swift, and his brothers “Butch” Swift and George Swift.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please remember Ken fondly and always try to pay it forward.
