Although we were just patrons of Ken and Rosemary’s shop on Clark street we enjoyed our conversations with both of them as much as we did our treasures  that we purchased, along with Ken’s guidance and knowledge.

It was a magical place, a step back in time.

Our condolences to Rosemary and her Family and prayers for Ken. He will be remembered every time we turn on an antique lamp!

Ken will never be replaced.

Since I began weekly (or more) visits to his Clark/Wrightwood original shop-thru just a few weeks ago…

My brother Ken & I would never be able to end our conversations-like time together-so much more to talk about & share our single minded-ness, our love & wonder of EVERYTHING.

He offset so much of those who should not have been in my life.

One of the kindest people I’ve ever known-literally taking the shirt off his back-for less fortunate.  He’d give a few bucks to homeless-when they’d be in front of his shop-for them to “promise they’d buy a meal”-even if it meant he skipped a meal.

He started my lifelong shared love of Tiffany, Opalescent fixtures-craftsmanship (no longer appreciated).

Like many-the void in my heart can never be filled by anyone I’ll meet.

I’m only relieved by the suddenness of his passing.

Our movie together just flew by-memories of shared laughter & passion.

I hope one day we meet again my beloved friend.

Rest in Peace❤️

Ken was always so giving, funny and wanted to help you in whatever way he could. He definitely loved good food. He will be dearly missed. Sending my condolences to Rosemary, Tiffany and all of his family!
