With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Kenneth Phelps, who left us on April 20, 2023. Kenneth was born on November 22, 1941, and was a loving father, friend, and inspiration to many. He is survived by his daughters Susan Phelps, Brandi Tilghman, Cindy Williams, and Mary Phelps; his sons Mark Phelps and Rick Phelps; and was predeceased by his sons Ricky Phelps and Kenny Phelps.
