Kenneth Bertram McKinney was born August 24, 1937, in Detroit, MI to the late Clarence McKinney and Bessie Walton.
He attended Northwestern High School in Detroit, MI. After high school, he joined the United States Army, and following his service in the army, he attended Wayne County Community College, where he met his wife.
Kenneth was employed with the Wayne County Youth Home, and then finished his career at the Joyfield Post Office in …
