Please come and join us at this beautiful church on Saturday August 5th any time starting at 1pm, while we celebrate the life of my wonderful father, friend and everyone’s favorite plumber, Kenneth McCall! He was an amazing and unique man that was loved by so many and taken from us way too soon. Though I wasn’t nearly prepared or ready to say goodbye, I knew he had made his peace with the lord and was ready to be free of that struggle and pain that had quickly started taking over. Now we shall do our best to fulfill his simple request which was that if we had any kind of service or event in his honor it be held at this church if possible. He wasn’t too fond on the thought of everyone mourning him with sadness and tears; so we shall do it with smiles and laughter! If you ever met Kenny even just one time in life you know he was always cracking jokes and having a good time. From what I hear he was always the life of the party and could make friends anywhere he went! So I say we honor him with one last hoorah and celebrate him by coming together to share stories and memories with everyone else who loved him :) throughout the event we will have a slideshow of all the different photos of Kenny we recently have found and been enjoying! If you have any that you would like to share too feel free to reach out to me or Scott and we will try to get them added to it as well!

We will be having buffet style tables setup with some of his favorite finger foods, appetizer platters and of course deserts! We want everyone to feel welcome and free to come and go as they wish as there won’t be a strict schedule or program being followed for this event, we are just hoping everyone that would like to pay their respects and say any goodbyes get a chance to do that with us. This wonderful church has graciously reserved the whole day for us to celebrate him, and he was definitely a man worth celebrating to many. We will have a small window of time set aside for the pastor to speak in his honor and also any other family or friends that may want to share with everyone as well. Now, last but not least I’ve been deciding what to put as the dress attire for this event, and I can’t help but hear my dads voice in my head saying “oh just tell em all to wear their nicest Georgia shirts or Falcons Jerseys and be comfortable!” Haha. So hopefully everyone is fine with that and let’s have fun with it, just dress casual like you’re going out to a Super Bowl party with him! He will already be there dressed to impress in his rustic but elegant UGA urn displayed right up front!

We hope you can make it and I’m sure there will be some great memories made just getting to share with others what you knew of Kenneth McCall! I know we look forward to meeting many of you and I can’t thank everyone enough for their patience while I was getting this event planned for him. I’m sorry it took longer than expected but I’m sure we will all make it one to remember!!
