Kenneth Ray Henderson 79, passed away 4/16/23 at his home surrounded by family. Ken was born 9/14/43 in Ames, Iowa, son of Milton and Frances (Emmons) Henderson.

Ken moved to Davis, California when he was 3 years old. Ken attended Davis schools K through graduation at Davis High School. Ken was in the Air Force and attended Sac State where he met his wife Patricia Hallett, they recently celebrated their 59th anniversary 4/10/23 “their life was ordinary but their love was not”. Ken was a State Farm Insurance agent in Davis, Ca for 30 years.

Ken enjoyed being on his tractor and lawn mower while smoking a cigar, watching the UCD basketball teams play, and always cheered on his girls and grandkids with whatever they were doing.

Ken is survived by his wife Patricia Henderson, 2 daughters, Keri Goodner her husband Kevin Goodner, Jennifer Marenich and her husband Rob Marenich, 4 grandkids, Kyle Goodner his wife Makinzie, Kelsey Goodner, Kenny Coleman, Bailey Kirk and her husband Tyler Kirk and 2 great granddaughters Kaizlee and Kylan Goodner.

Those who wish to remember Ken in a special way may make a donation in his memory to Nevada Northern Railway Museum in Ely, Nevada.

Celebration of Life will be held on 5/13/23 11:30-2:30, 21359 County Rd 99, Woodland
