I had the pleasure of working with Ken at Millstone.  He was a competent and dedicated colleague who saw humor in almost every situation.   He so clearly loved his son, Owen.

My sincere condolences.

I first met Foxy his Freshman year at WPI. As it turned out we both were from the same high school, I was a year ahead of him and didn’t know much about him. He pledged our fraternity, Phi Kappa Theta, and I became his Big Brother. But make no mistake, Foxy needed no help in becoming an integral part of the Brotherhood and we were all better for knowing him.

I met Kenny in 1986 when we had both just joined Northeast Utilities. Typical of Kenny, the first conversation that I recall having with him was when he asked me if I had read a particular actuarial book. Of course, I had not.

In the intervening 38 years Kenny became one of my few true friends.

I always found Kenny to be a quick study and a person who truly loved to laugh. We shared many good times making fun of our “colleagues” and the absurdity of our work, playing golf, opining on current events, having poor coffee at the Hartford Graduate Center cafeteria before night classes and enjoying the all-too-rare cigar.

I shall truly miss speaking to my friend.

Our sincere and heartfelt condolences on the very sad passing of dear Ken to Owen, Marisa,  Elaine, Ken's Mother Marie, his siblings, all extended families, friends and colleagues.    We remember Ken as a lovely warm, friendly  gentle man and it was an honour to have known him.  May his gentle soul Rest in  Heavenly Peace. God Bless.

Rest in Peace Kenny.

I still remember fondly your last visit to Dundalk.  We had a lovely dinner, great craic and that's how I will remember you!

Rest easy cousin.

Brian

I will miss you, "amigo!" It was an honor and a pleasure to get to know you and work alongside of you in the revitalization of the Arizona Section of the American Nuclear Society. I will miss your laughter, smile, fun disposition, and loving outlook towards everyone you knew and met. You were always someone I could call upon if I ever had a question or need. Stay cool and hope to see you again!

First and foremost, this was a unique man that loved his family and life, and he made us all better for knowing him. He always had a smile, and was able to see the joy in everything. We never called him Ken; to his fraternity brothers he was known only as Foxy.  And while we mourn his passing, we celebrate the life he led,  the smiles and warmth he brought to our hearts, and the path he shared with us.

Rest In Peace Foxy, we’ll be together again one day. In The Bonds.

My sincere condolences to all of Ken’s family on the loss of this beloved man.
