Kenneth (Kenny) Carl Allen died peacefully in his sleep on Monday, October 22, 2018 in Arlington, Texas. He was 83 years old. Kenny was born May 4, 1935 in Garden City, Kansas, where he grew up and lived most of his life. His parents were Carl Victor Allen and Cleo Bailey Allen. He started his lifetime career with Garden City Telegram when at a young age he began delivering newspapers. After graduating from Garden City …
