My sincerest condolences to Kenechukwu's family and friends. 

I didn’t know him…in fact we only met twice. Once, briefly at his office (where he worked with my sister), and again when he came by our house a few days later for a family event. 

My sister had spoken very fondly of him and considered him a very dear friend. 

I cannot fathom what his family and friends are dealing with and can only pray that they find solace in this time of grief.

May he rest in peace.

Thank you so much for the beautiful memories I get to hold so dear to my heart. Thank you for teaching me love in its purest form and strength. I guess no lesson is deemed complete without practice.

Your poise, laughter, words, encouragements, care and grace is second to none. Thank you for always being there. Your rare ability to understand my thoughts without having to say a word still dazzles me.

Your selflessness, you always put others’ needs before yours, for all you knew, your people’s happiness is yours. You effortlessly and without a second thought reach out to help people, even during times that might seem inconvenient. Such a gem, a rare one.

I always knew you were indeed God-sent, but for such short length? I am, regardless, grateful that I got to know you, Kenechukwu, I know you’d call this ‘cliché’, but, indeed, To know you, is to love you.

Your light is irreplaceable, today I choose to lean on the conviction that you are with the Lord, and He missed his favorite son so much that He has chosen to call you home. Your memories and hope lives on. We gatchu!

I miss you, E7 misses you, the comics and experiences you’ve left us with will surely last a lifetime. Till we meet again my best friend, I love you forever!

If there ever was a soul-friend it was your friendship for me man. Your voice screaming ‘okhise!’ would always be plastered in my memory. 

To say that your loss has left a massive void would be an understatement. 

I’ll always love you my bro. 

I might not have met Kenechukwu in this life but have heard wonderful testimonies of his impactful life that radiates friendship, respect and commitment. 

I'm very hopeful that we all shall behold his disarming smiles once again on that resurrection morning when JESUS CHRIST will come to take the saints home.

Your friendship was a steadfast anchor in the tempest of life, offering solace in times of turmoil and companionship in moments of triumph. Whether we (E7) found ourselves lost in the depths of despair or dancing atop the peaks of success, you stood by our side (When I became VP and when Lovelyn won Face of lawsan), a steadfast ally unwavering in your support. Your empathy knew no bounds.

You were always vibrant and cheerful. There was never a dull moment with you. We are left with only good memories of you. I pray that you rest well. I pray that your family and loved ones find courage and strength in this very painful exit. We love you Kene.

You were one of the chilled guys in the group who always contributed positively to the group meetings so we could conclude on a decisive note especially when it had to do with commercial law. I admired you alot man.

you always sounded so smart and so were you as your opinions always went into my key points for the group

i still recall the last we saw i was asking if you guys had a vacany at your work place as i would have loved to work with you.

the news of you demise was indeed shocking and sad. This is a lot to comprehend.

My condolences to Kenechukwu's family. I first met Kenechukwu in secondary school (community secondary school asokoro), he was a very funny guy and jovial guy. We played football together. 

He always had a good vibe and aura. 

May God give his family the strength to bear the loss of a good guy and may his soul rest peacefully. 

SLEEP ON KENE

Like the diamond, you came glittering. Your reflections were seen afar off, you radiated hope, confidence and pointed at a great future. Every investment in you were handsomely rewarded. Mummy was happy with you, daddy drove around town with you and uncle Mike was glad to introduce you to friends. You were the darling of everybody. We looked to your graduation and it came beautifully. Nothing was spared in celebrating your call to Bar. Reitz continental was our host and you shone like the diamond that you are.

Kene, o gini zi melu? Where did we get it wrong? Our error was that we didn’t tell you that diamonds are forever. They don’t leave so soon after brightening their world. They hang around to glitter and bless their world. Kene, you’re already doing that and that gave us the confidence to stand by you. You beautified us.

By your investment in the kingdom over the brief period you spent on Mother Earth, we have no doubt that you earned a place in the bossom of the master. God’s resting place is your abode and we are looking forward to the resurrection morning when that great and towering trumpet shall sound. When the dead in Christ shall rise and we that are alive shall rise to meet them in the air. Kene, what joy shall fill our hearts? It’s our hope, confidence and assurance. It’s the reason we aren’t mourning like a people without hope. We have treasured hope in the resurrection of the saints through Jesus Christ.

We shall meet again, these tears shall be wiped off, the radiance that characterizes that your charming smiles shall be restored and we shall shout hallelujah. 

Kene is asleep  and we say sleep on until that day, that morning and that hour when the saints shall gather.

While we weren't particularly close, I knew you as a member of the Global Rights team and always admired your calm demeanor. Your reverent greetings, at times, left me touched. I observed your playful nature, which endeared you to me.

This morning, I received the painful news of your untimely passing. They say good people don't last long, and I believe you're already with God in heaven. Rest peacefully, dear Kene, until we join you in our eternal home.

May God console and strengthen both your biological family and your work family at Global Rights to bear the pain of your passing.
