Kendall Angelo LaRocque - a father, brother, cousin, friend, companion, peaceful spirit was born in the Commonwealth of Dominica on October 2, 1941. He received his early education on the island, first at the St. Mary’s Primary and subsequently the St. Mary’s Academy.
