Kendall's obituary

With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Kendall Koffel, a beloved son, brother, and father, who departed this life on December 9, 2023. Born on February 20, 1968, Kendall lived a life full of warmth, laughter, and generosity.

Kendall is survived by his cherished and devoted mother, Carol Koffel; his supportive and loving brother, Kevin Koffel; and his adoring sister, Kayreen Gucciardo. He was the doting father of Kurtis Koffel, who brought endless joy to his life. Kendall was predeceased by his father, William Koffel, who he loved profoundly.

A celebration of Kendall's life will be held on July 27, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at the poignant location of 1779 NE Darby St. During this gathering, we'll recall his love for meatloaf, his fondness for Black Velvet and Coke, and his appreciation of the art of Leroy Neiman. Known for his lively spirit, Kendall was a dedicated fan of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Oakland Athletics, loved playing Scrabble and Rummy, and often found joy in target shooting and watching his favorite sports teams.

Never one to stay idle, Kendall enjoyed the rush of hoverboarding as a preferred mode of exercise and found contentment in the solace of the mountains, his go-to vacation spot. A local lover of casinos, he was a familiar face around town. Kendall had a deep affection for animal shelters and stood up for causes he believed in. His love for the color green was only matched by his immense generosity, humor, fun-loving nature, and innate kindness.

We remember Kendall as a generous, caring, and kind soul. His legacy will be of a man who lived his life to the fullest and made every moment count. A lover of life, a pillar of strength, and the life of the party, his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved him.

In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask you to make a donation to the "American Cancer Society", a cause close to Kendall's heart, by visiting the following URL: https://everloved.com/life-of…. Your contributions will honor Kendall's memory and continue his legacy of compassion and care.
