Kenneth's obituary

Ken, 72, of Ringwood, NJ passed away on February 4th, 2021.

Ken was born on September 10th, 1948, and grew up in Paramus, NJ. After graduating from Paramus High School in 1966, he went on to receive a BA in Biology at Kent State University in 1970. Ken was a first-hand witness to the unfortunate student shooting on May 4, 1970, and personally assisted a fallen student.

Ken was a member of the US Army National Guards, Specialist Fifth Class of the 104th Engineer Battalion, and received an Honorable Discharge in 1976. Ken worked in quality assurance laboratories at Ballentine Beer, Buitoni Foods, Delsaco Salads and was a Lab Supervisor at Caravan Food Products.

Ken was an avid outdoorsman who spent much of his time in nature. Ken was also a passionate fossil and relic collector and could often be found searching for relics when he wasn’t at home.

Ken was a firm believer in Eckankar, the ancient science of soul travel, and requested his ashes to be buried with his Eckankar books.

Ken was predeceased by his father, Frances. He is survived by his mother Johanna, brother, Richard, wife, Ann Marie, three children and their spouses: Victoria and Stephen, Joanna and Joey, Daniel, and beloved grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service at 11 AM on April 10th at St. Catherine of Bologna Parish in Ringwood, NJ.
