Kenneth Charles Perkins-Gough died peacefully of heart failure on February 20, 2025 at age 75. He grew up in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, earned a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and a master’s from New York University, and spent his adult life in Northern Virginia, where he worked as a historian and under contract to various U.S. government agencies, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Environmental Protection Agency.
