So sorry for your entire family. My prayers are with you all. I remember spending a-lot of time with your family in my 20s. Everyone was all so welcoming and fun to be around. It was honestly some of the best days I can remember. Ken was always a blast of fun joining right in with all us crazy kids. I pray for healing for the entire family ❤️
We are very sorry for your loss, our condolences to the whole family, we will always remember Kenny for his infectious smile and laugh. 🙏🙏🙏 Scott and Stacy Boyer.
Ken’s passing leaves a big void in so many lives . He taught my children and my daughter Followed in his foot steps. To be a teacher like him. Ken will be remembered by so many . Rest in peace friend ! Greg and taunda
We are heartbroken to hear of Ken's passing and for the family he left behind. It won't be the same without him joining us after Bucknell basketball games in person, but we know he will be there in spirit.
I will always remember Ken as being such a kind man. I still remember having the opportunity to go to his classroom for career day when I was in middle school. I will always treasure the wooden candy cane ornament, and my Seals Teddy Bear pin that he made for me. Sending much love to his family and friends! ❤️
Lonnie and I both taught with Ken and he was an awesome person in every way. In 2011, we lived on the Isle of Que and we were about to be flooded. Ken showed up to help and was the hero of the day. Our one cat was terrified and wouldn't let anyone pick him up to go in his carrier. Ken followed him into the basement and, in no time, came up the steps ( with a smile on his face) with our scared cat by the scruff of the neck, ready for his carrier.
Bonnie and family, we are so very sorry for our loss. Ken loved you all so much.
Im so sorry to hear of the loss of Mr.B. He was my 3rd grade teacher at Priestley elementary (the OLD school) and he was always known as the fun and cool teacher there. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
Five years ago I purchased Ken's parent's home and had the opportunity to meet Ken & his wife Bonnie. We have kept in touch throughout the five years. Ken loved visiting and seeing all of the home renovations and changes to the house. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to enjoy a Holiday meal with Ken & Bonnie this year. Ken was a kind man with a great sense of humor. He had amazing work ethic. One of the things that I admired most about Ken was everytime I saw him he spoke lovingly about his wife, children & grandchildren. Bonnie, I am so sorry for your loss. You will be in my continued thoughts & prayers. Please let me know if there is anything that I can help with.
I’m so sorry to hear of Mr. B’s passing. I always enjoyed my conversations with him. He had such a great sense of humor and a true passion for life. The world is going to miss Mr. B. My thoughts are with his family.
So sorry to hear of the passing of such a memorable person. I met Ken about 20 years ago when I began working for the Sears Appliance Department. He taught me how to sell a vacuum by using a silly voice and presentation. A few years later, he crossed my path again when I began working for another store in the mall. I'd see him semi-regularly and he was part of a walking group I'd see many mornings. It was from him that I learned of The ROMEO Club! This consisted of mainly retired teachers because, although my initial assumption of "the Romeo Club" led me to think this involved a group of charming men (of course these men fit that description as well!), Ken informed me that it stood for "Retired Old Men Eating Out".
Words can't describe the impact this man had on me personally. The world has lost a wonderful soul, but heaven has yet another angel. May your family find peace and honor him by living well, and loving much.
