Kelly and I met about 20 years ago when we were both working at Employment Security Department. We were 'cubicle neighbors'. She was the master of potlucks! I was always encouraged to bring my gumbo.
She was wonderful about keeping friendships going even after she/I moved onto other job locations. Our friendship took us through graduations, weddings, grand sons, and Thankgiving holidays together. We walked several craft fairs together to shop for just the right Christmas present.
Years after the start of our friendship, we would get together about once a month for lunch and discovering new places near her home.
I was looking forward to visiting her in Bellingham where so was so excited about moving.
I miss her friendship.

We were Kelly's neighbor for the past 5 years. We were so sad when she told us she was moving. She was always so helpful, always watching over us. We were joking she wasn't responding to our text messages after she moved because she didn't want anything to do with us anymore. We're so heartbroken. Sending our condolences to her children. She was always excited about visiting you guys and the grand babies. She was so excited to move closer to help with her grandson. May the lord comfort you all during this hard time. May you find peace and comfort in all thr wonderful memories you've shared with her. We will be praying for you all.

Kelly's incredible spirit lives on in her beloved girls and their families. But still waiting to hear it was all just a horrible nightmare.

Kelly was such a caring and capable person. We will miss her dearly at the Port of Seattle. My deepest condolences to all of her family & friends.
