I was saddened to learn of Kelly's passing last week. Although we only knew each other for about three years though our legal professions, I always found Kelly to be genuine, sincere, kind, concerned, and a consumate professional. His actions always seemed to place the interests of others first, and you knew when you called Kelly, you would find a friend on the other end of the phone. He will be missed and my heart goes out to his family, and the friends who knew him much better than I. God's Blessings to all.

Was so sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. I worked for Kelly for ~2 exciting/crazy/transformative years, reporting directly to him when he was CEO and striving to launch an ambitious startup. We spent tons of time together in CA, CO, NY. He was incredibly intelligent, had a great sense of humor, loved great food, and loved (and bragged about) his kids. I learned a lot from him during our time together.
I last corresponded with him a year ago or so and he seemed like the same old Kelly - the mischievous twinkle in his eye somehow came through even in his emails and phone calls.
