Kelly "Mama" Buggica went home to Jesus on January 20, 2023 at age 54.

Kelly was born to Lucille and Hubert Speller on October 09, 1968 in Tampa, FL. Kelly met her husband, Mark Buggica, in 2001. They married in 2007 and went on to have 1 child, Siena Buggica. In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Kelly also loved traveling. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her.

Kelly joins Hubert Speller, Hubert Speller Jr., Lucille Speller, Sonny, Peanut, and Olivia in Heaven. She is survived by her husband, Mark Buggica, her daughter, Siena Buggica, her stepdaughter, Ashley Rich, and her stepson, Dylan Buggica.
