Kelley Foy tragically took her own life on June 25, 2022 at the age of 52.
Born to Lawrence and Joyce Foy on March 13, 1970, Kelley was very active and intelligent for a very low birth weight preemie. Some of Kelley’s favorite activities were horseback riding, singing soprano in the school and church choirs. She also was a member of the First Baptist Church.
