Keith has an older brother, Larold, who winters in Florida and resides near Antigo on Lake Pelican in the summers.
I've known Keith since he was about 13 years old.
Keith was quite a spirit and a big presence. Whenever Keith was around, there would be lots of fun and laughter. Keith loved kids and related to them in a very special way. He was great fun with a wonderful sense of humor.
In writing this, I chuckled more than once thinking about the goofy things he did.
Uncle Keith, I really thought you were going to be around my whole life to go fishing with every Spring and Fall. You were the best Uncle a kid could have and laugh with and a lot of fun. I looked forward to seeing you months before it was time. You always kept things in perspective and gave me very good advice during the toughest time of my life. Whenever I would talk about you with someone it would always end with a good laugh, you were fun to be around! Would always ask my Dad about you. Last time I saw you, you were trying to repair your trout fishing reel. It was in a million pieces on the coffee table. You were watching a YouTube video how to put it back together. The vacuum cleaner was at one end of the living room and the cord was laid all the way across the floor LOL! We had a good talk. I'm really glad I stopped! I will keep sharing my fond memories of you when I was a kid with Katie and Patrick.
Sure remember Keith and his work at Three Lakes. Many meetings with him leading the groups.
Sincere condolences to those he sadly left.

Helga, I am so sorry to hear about Keith's passing. Sue let me know. I don't know if you remember but the only time I met Keith was when you had me over for hamburgers shortly before I left Vilas County to move back home. He came in shortly before I left but treated me like he had known me for years. I assume that was, at least in part, because he know how close you and I had become and because of how much he loved you and wanted to make me feel at home.
I am so sad to hear of Keith’s passing on. I worked with him for 18 years and have good memories of his smile and laugh. He helped so many people. My sincere condolences to his family. ❤️
This breaks my heart. Keith was so good to me over the years. I was blessed to be a co-worker of his for 20 years. He was compassionate, kind, full of wisdom and always saw the humor in life. He will be so mossed.
I'm heartbroken for all of you for the loss of dear Keith. He was one of the good guys and Eagle River will never be quite the same without his outrageous, funny outlook. Love to all of you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. So sorry for your loss. Ron and Chris Hagen. ( Yvonne’s brother)
We extend our sympathy to Keith’s family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
