Still can't believe you're gone. You'd have been 82 today. Almost 5 years gone. I miss you every moment of every day. Happy birthday, Mommy.

it's been 3 years today since we lost you. I've married  your daughter and do my best to give her an amazing life. I found memories of your and my time together  while working through  boxes at your house yesterday. The bird seed scoop I bought you and the water devining rods I made for you.

I miss you my friend and I hope you see the Love I give to your girl daily.

I posted on your Facebook earlier wishing you a Happy birthday. I still find it funny how you were a classmates mom and so many years later we became friends. I miss stopping by and talking to you and learning how to can . A Piece of your zucchini pie and a cup of your coffee would be a great way to spend a few hours with you again.

As a child, I was was always excited to hear Aunt Kaye roll into our driveway in her yellow Opal Cadet. She often announced her visit with a MEEP! MEEP! of the horn (which sounded exactly like the Looney Tunes Roadrunner! I'll always remember and miss the mischievous look out of the corner of her eye, followed by the contagious giggle! We love you Aunt Kaye!

Kaye (Peanut) and her sister's Rita and Margaret would come to Scottville,MI. and spend time with Grandpa,Grandma and Frances(Unk) Hartnett at the farm. One time we made tunnels in the big haystack. Needless to say we got in trouble for that . As we got older and were able to drive we went to the beach at Sterns Park in Ludington,MI. No matter what we did we had a great time and lots of laughs. RIP Kaye(Peanut) for your work on earth is done.
