Kay Frances Howard, 77, spread her wings on Thursday, August 21st, 2025. She is survived by her sons, Tyler Dewey (wife Barbara) and Charles “Chuck” Rivera; her grandchildren Nicholas Rivera (wife Kaeleigh), Shawn Rivera Sr. (wife Meghan), Anthony Rivera, Ashley Dewey, Kelcey Ruiz (husband Michael), Hailey Dewey, and Courtney Dewey.

Kay’s legacy continues through her cherished great-grandchildren: Shantell Rivera, Arianna Rivera, Evangelina Rivera, Shawn Rivera Jr., Ryan Rivera, Kiana Rivera, Cassidy Rivera, Roman Rivera, Carson Dewey, Jocelynn Anderson, and Orion Ruiz.

She was preceded in death by her son Michael Rivera, her great-granddaughter Scarlett Ruiz, and her daughter-in-law Kim Rivera.

Kay’s life was a beacon of love, strength, and devotion. She built her family upon a foundation of unwavering faith, kindness, and wisdom. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose presence brought comfort and joy to every gathering. Her legacy will live on through the generations she so lovingly nurtured, and she will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Services will be held at Roselawn Cemetery on September 5th, 2025 at 11am
