Kay (Kathy) Ruth Goff, age 79, a long time Round Rock, Texas resident, was born on October 16, 1945 as a proud Okie from Muskogee to Newell and Edward Davenport. In 2014 she and her sister Deborah Davenport relocated to Mead, Oklahoma where they established a home together, rescuing and caring for every animal she could convince her equally animal loving sister to allow.
