Doreen, you described Katie in the most beautiful way to us the other day.
You said she was your β€œlight.”
A β€œlight” that embraced those around her and made them feel loved and joyful.

Katie was an amazing friend and teammate. She always made Avery laugh and always stepped up, like a true team player does. Katie's energy was contagious and she always had a smile on her face. She was loved by everyone and loved everyone. Katie was a coach's dream, as she was a great listener, respectful, and a hard worker. We are so sorry for your loss. Katie will forever be in our hearts.
