Kathy Jo Winter, 62, died Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. She was born February 20, 1960, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Kathy moved with her family to Ft. Myers, Florida when she was a young child. She was home schooled, but later attended high school in Ft. Myers. Kathy and her family moved to Garden City, Kansas in 1975, where she attended high school and graduated from Garden City …
