It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kathy Knox on May 18, 2023. She passed away due to complications of Dementia. Born on October 17, 1954, in Elizabethton Tennessee. Kathy lived a life full of love, joy, and meaningful connections with family and friends.

Kathy was a devoted mother who leaves behind her two cherished daughters, Michelle Knox- Little (Cameron) and Kristina Knox (Tony). They shared an unbreakable bond and supported each other through life's highs and lows. Kathy is also survived by her seven Grandchildren who adored their Gram; Tristan, Brandon, Alley, Nani, Madeline, Sabrina and Natalie as well as her Sister Sherry Spotts and many nieces and nephews.

Those who had the privilege of knowing Kathy will remember her warm spirit, kind-hearted nature, and unwavering compassion for others. As we mourn her loss, we also celebrate the unforgettable moments and memories she shared with us all.
