I hadn't seen Kathie since right before Sammy's in Holt closed down..but that night as well as many other bar nights over the yrs we had a blast dancing! Esp to Dancing Queen!! She was always so full of love, life & laughter! She will be missed, greatly! Prayers to all her family & friends! 😒💔

To Kathie”s children, I worked with your mom for so long. She was so proud of all of you and loved you dearly. Her passing brings so much sadness to all. My heart aches for you. She was one of my dearest friends and I will forever miss her. She was so fun to be around and such a bright spirit. I hope she is finally at peace.

Kathie and I worked together for five years. She was always friendly, helpful and professional, as well as a TEAM player. A very strong woman. Losing a Mother is difficult. Embrace one another and hold together children to keep your Mother’s memories alive. With love.

I have very many fond memories of Kathie back in high school, we dated for a while, and she became very tight knit with my family, as I did with hers. The thing I remember the most about her was her smile, laugh, and her ability to make me smile and laugh even when I didn't feel like it. I will always cherish the time God gave me with Kathie, and I will always consider her a friend. The news of her passing hit me pretty hard, and I can only wish that God will grant her family and close friends the kind of peace that only He can provide. Rest in peace Kathie.

I am so sad to read this. I was good friends with Kathie in school and cheered with her - always such a bright light and so bubbly. Even years later when I would run into her at school events-she always had that smile and a big hug. So very sorry for your loss. Prayers of comfort and peace to you all.
