Kathleen (Kathy) Kay Law was born in Tucson, Arizona to Kay Ying & Laura Bertha Law. She passed from this life to be with the Lord after a long battle with congestive heart failure in Portland, OR. She was 84 years old.
Kathy met her husband Fred Sakaguchi at church in Portland, OR. They were married on June 15, 1957 and started a family …
