Kathleen's obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Kathleen Lechner announce her sudden passing on October 5, 2025.
She is preceded in death by her brother, David Lechner; her father, John Lechner; and her beloved son, Richard Caldwell.
She is survived by her mother, Dolores Lechner; siblings Maria (Terry) Robertson, Lawrence (Jami) Lechner, and Moira Wells; her children Kathryn Caldwell, Angela (Josh) Price, Thomas Findley, and Victoria Findley; grandchildren; Jonathan Lyons, Audrey (Tyler) Byrd, Christian Therrien, Briley Sykes, Ashton Caldwell, Eva Price, Mya Price, Gabriel Locke, and Elisha Findley; and great-grandson Bowen Byrd.
Kathleen was born in San Antonio, Texas before her family moved to the Mississippi coast. She graduated from Pascagoula High School in 1976.
She enjoyed volunteering whether it was at the hospital or with local animal rescue organizations. She liked to spend her free time watching movies and reading books. She was a devout Christian who loved God and made sure her children knew the importance of salvation.
