“Kath”

Kathleen passed away, at the age of 73. On November 4, 2022, at her home in Bloomingdale.

Survived by her husband Arthur Greenslade; loving children Jayson, Beth, Amy and Danny; four grandchildren Skyllar, Jackson, Cooper and Laila; two sisters Delores and twin sister Tina; and her loyal companion Drax (her dog).

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Zemancik; and her sister Marian.

Kathleen was born on August 3, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois. Kath- enjoyed spending time on the family farm in Crown Point, Indiana, with their pet duck. Kathleen and Arthur were married at St. Pascal Church in Chicago, Illinois, on May 22, 1971.

Throughout her life, Kath, enjoyed making shadow boxes and building doll furniture. She loved macramé and taking road trips to Lily Lake in Indiana. An lifelong Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan.

She also held many jobs. Kath was a bookkeeper for Car Tool and Die in Schiller Park, Illinois. She was also a server at various country clubs and restaurants. Kathleen always donated to World Wildlife Federation, ASPCA, Wounded Warriors and Tunnel of Towers.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Matthews Church located at 1555 Glen Ellyn Rd in Glendale Heights, IL, 60139 on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 11:00 AM.
