Kat’s service was perfect. I’m so glad I was able to share in the celebration. So many great childhood memories.

Kathy Browne and I were co-teachers for years at a small Lutheran school. Being next door, her second graders couldn’t help but learn and stay in line, I admired her commanding voice. Over the years, we planned and implemented wonderful activities. What fun!

When Kathy became a part of our family through marriage, a new aspect of her outgoing personality appeared. All of our extended family loved her. Then, in 1994, I was overjoyed to meet Robby at the hospital when she delivered him. I was a grandmother to a charming baby boy!—-So many memories! Kathy is missed.

I will miss hearing the “Robby stories” over and over, but I’m thankful I can re tell them to Marley. She always talked about being a grandma. Her wish came true on Dec 2021. Very grateful that Marley got to meet her. Thank you to the man that saved her from the fire. You’re the reason she got to meet her grandson.
We love you mom, mama kat♥️

How do I begin to talk about you Kathy Browne,  my little sister, whom I grew up with, moved with, traveled with, fought with, and loved dearly. You invaded my life from my earliest childhood memories. Lover of attention and spunk, you sparkled and showed off with your bright,  friendly personality. We had so many stories growing up together.  Elevators, strawberries, airplanes!  Later in life, I relied on you to help me remember them! “Dorrie”  You so worked hard to become a teacher and loved your students!  You loved so fiercely! So many years working hard to make people in your  life happy. You loved seeing those smiles; hearing their laughter and approval. Thanks for giving me my gramma name. “CiCi” I’ll tell mine about you someday. Especially the fun parts!! Love you always sis! Cyndi

Kathy was a woman who was full of determination. Life was hard but  her will to live and make the most of what she had was stronger. She loved others deeply. My time with her was often spent talking about her favorite subject, her husband and family. She could go on and on talking with joys about the love that each one of you filled her heart with. Many of you I have never met but I know you through her stories. Each story leaving her with a big smile. Which I will miss! That BIG smile. Kathy had a way of filling a room with the joy of her smile. I thank God for the opportunity to know Kathy. My prayers are with the family. Love Elsa Ezell
