Katherine Geiger Vann, age 94, of Live Oak, FL passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Suwannee Health Care in Live Oak, FL. She was born in Lake City, FL moving to Live Oak in 1964. She worked as a seamstress with Suwannee Laundry Company for twenty years. Katherine loved to fish and sew, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. She was a wonderful, loving and caring mother, sister and grandmother. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness South Congregation.

She was predeceased by her husband, J.B. Vann, two sons, Wayman Sutton and Charles Sutton, daughter in law, Judy Vann and a grandson, Jason Howard.

She is survived by two sons, William (Debbie) Vann, Valdosta, GA; Harry Vann, Auburndale, FL; two daughters, Marlene (Randal) Avery, Gainesville, FL and Pam (Greg) Wilkison, Live Oak; one sister, Callie (Ray) Dowdy, Lake City, FL; sixteen grandchildren, thirty-eight great grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchild.

Memorial services will be held, Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 12:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness South Congregation.
