Katherine Ann Meader passed peacefully on April 4, 2022 at the age of 86.  Predeceased by her husband Robert Stuart Meader Sr. and her son Robert Stuart Meader Jr.,  she  leaves behind her beloved life partner Paul Flammia, daughter Sharon Meader Albrecht and husband Ed, her son Stephen Patrick Meader and wife Alexis,  her grand children Kristin Bradley, Ashley Meader, Robert Meader, Tamara Bedard, Alysia Decker, Serina Palmer, Travis Albrecht, as well as  brothers Richard Rooney, Lawrence Rooney, Robert Rooney, her deceased son Robert Meader Jr.'s partner, Pat McCarthy, along with the many wives, husbands, partners, cousins, nieces, and nephews that comprised the family she cared deeply for.  

Kay was a devoted partner, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to all.  She especially enjoyed being with family,  preparing meals for weekly family gatherings, tending to her home, and gardens, until the onset of a 7 year  progressive dementia slowly disabled her. Throughout her illness she  remained full of life. We were blessed to know she did not forget who we were or how much we meant to her. A force to be reckoned with, her strong will remained and carried her through never letting anyone tell her what to do! 

Her presence, depth of love, strength of will, and sense of humor will be forever missed. She lives in the hearts of those that had the pleasure of experiencing how deeply she loved, her fierce loyalty, and the fullness of her spirit. May her spirit rest, finally at peace, supported by the love we hold in our hearts...
