How you can help
Kat's situation was unexpected. We have enjoyed three wonderful years with her post-stroke, where she has had a wonderful quality of life. Kat had to have help from her family to live as independently as possible post-stroke, which did not leave any money for end-of-life expenses. Instead of sending flowers, please help contribute to the end-of-life process. The money will be spent on cremation and ceremony where friends and family can say their goodbyes.
