Katherine Louise Cochrane

Our dear Louise, our Mother, Step-Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, and prayerful friend, has passed on to heaven. She blessed so many during her ninety-five years, and we are grateful for each special memory.

Louise’s family was originally from Missouri; you could hear those deep roots in Grandma’s voice. Her parents moved to Highland, California, where her dad worked in the orange grove business. Much of the family attended Redlands High School. Lou met and married Jack (JC) Patton and had two sons, Dennis and Terry. Later she married Bill Brady, and after being widowed again, married David Cochrane. She attended Immanuel Baptist Church in East Highlands, and more recently Mountain View Baptist Church in Calimesa. She loved music and singing, hosting Christmas breakfasts, camping out at the river, and sharing family stories.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Nellie (Jenkins) Paxton, and her six siblings. She is survived by her sons, grandchildren, great & great great grandchildren, and many extended family members.

A graveside service will be held at Montecito Memorial Park at 1:30 pm on Friday, January 10th, 2025.
