Katelyn Leslie Green, 24, of Cayce SC passed away on Tuesday April 14th in a house fire in Boiling Springs Lake, NC. Katelyn graduated from Airport High School in 2013 and received her Associate of Accounting from Midlands Technical College in 2019. She enjoyed spending her free time at the beach and going to amusement parks. She was amazingly talented at playing guitar and singing as well as painting. Her beautiful smile and joyful laugh will always be remembered.
She is survived by her mother, Sheri Damron Green of Cayce SC, her father and stepmother, Darren Green and Michelle Kern of West Elkton OH, brother Jeffrey Green (Cayce), sister Lana Damron (Cayce) and 2 stepbrothers, Jonah and Isaiah Kern (West Elkton) as well as her grandmothers, many uncles, aunts, and cousins who love her dearly.
The family will plan a public Celebration of Life for extended family and friends after the Covid-19 virus crisis and it is safe for all to gather.
